The first Emirati chef graduated from the ICCA Abu Dhabi Academy and is now one of the leading Emirati chefs achieving great success in the culinary world. Currently, she serves as an Emirati chef with Capital Catering at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC) and Zayed Airport. This talented chef carries a deep passion for both Emirati and global cuisine, leveraging her advanced education at the renowned ICCA Academy to creatively present traditional Emirati dishes alongside international flavors, all with a modern twist.
